The First Amendment covers actions by federal, state, and local governments Any person on U.S. soil has the right to buy, sell, hold, wave, raise, put up, and even burn the Confederate Flag if this is what they want to do. This is not a conservative vs. a liberal issue. This is not about what’s morally right or wrong. This is not about what the Confederate Flag means to you and if you support it or not!
Banning the Confederate flag is today’s topic.
Over 100 million Americans support the Confederate Flag and what it stands for. Slowly but surely, the confederate Flag is disappearing from the American way of life, by the order of big government.
This is a clear violation of the First Amendment.
California

Following the Charleston shooting, Governor Nikki Haley and
State legislators removed the Confederate flag from the Statehouse
Mississippi
Lawmakers in the state removed the emblem from the state flag

Virginia’s governor has moved to have the flag banished from state license plates
Georgia
Governor Nathan Deal redesigned the state’s license plates
Alabama
Governor Robert Bentley ordered the flag removed from state capitol grounds

As recent as December 2020 New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo banned the sale of the Confederate Flag on State grounds.
When does it end? Or is it going to end? No, it is NOT!
The same leftist Marxist liberals who lead the fight to ban the confederate flag have already succeeded in changing America. We once said “Merry Christmas” now political correctness has changed it to “Happy Holidays”.
A small group of anti-Christian people is trying to erase the fact that the founding fathers were Christians and Americans that built this country were and still are Christians. Just a few weeks ago in Minnesota resident’s Christmas light display was shamed for ‘harmful impact’ to the community in an anonymous letter!

30 years ago did you ever think or believe that the American Constitution haters could have prevailed in violating your First Amendment rights and succeed at banning the Confederate Flag?
You know it’s just a matter of time and sooner or later with the Liberals in power the Social Media platforms are going to suck up to them and ban the posting of the Confederate Flag online!
Who is going to STOP them?
In reality, if we do NOT fight back right now and protect our God Given rights to preserve our Heritage and to ensure that the true history of the South is presented to future generations starting with defending our right to wave the Confederate Flag anywhere and everywhere we please, DO NOT be alarmed nor surprised 30 years from now our Children and Grand-Children can be banned from putting up a Christmas Tree inside their own homes if the Christmas Tree lights can be seen from the windows.

When it comes to our rights, donating to political parties including Conservative Congressmen and Senators is the same as throwing your money away! The Republican Senators just voted to change the names of Fort Benning and Fort Bragg.
Banning rights, free speech, historical information, and symbols of America and its heritage simply means the end of America. We are being replaced and we have no recourse.
The Sons of Confederate Veterans is going to be their new target! It is very sad, but it is our new reality.
We are the ones and ONLY ones who have to Fight Back. We did not ask for this fight but they have waged this war and want to eliminate us!
