Secession Camp 4 member and Army of Northern Virginia Councilman Randy Burbage won the 2025 Jefferson Davis Chalice at the National Reunion in Texas last week. This is the highest award that can be bestowed upon a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans! The award was presented to Randy by the SCV Commander-in-Chief Donnie Kennedy. This is a major award, and only one individual may receive this award per year!
